Printing Partner in UK
Our print partner is responsible for handling all digital (Giclée) orders for EU/EEA/CH/ROW. After placing your order, their expert printers will handle the printing, packaging, and dispatching process using either Royal Mail, Postage, or DHL Express Delivery.

Packaging for EU/EEA/CH/ROW
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. The packaging used in all orders is either recyclable or biodegradable. This includes stickers, tape as well.

Printing Partner in US
Our US print partner is responsible for handling all digital (Giclée) orders for US/Canada. Their expert printer will handle the printing, packaging, and dispatching process through USPS.

Packaging for US/Canada
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Time
2-8 business days for shipments to Europe.
6-12 business days for shipments to Australia/Canada/USA.
Please allow enough time for your order to avoid unexpected delays.

Please note that all sales are final as our products are made to order. Once we have accepted payment for an order, the cancellation of the order is at our sole discretion.

Damages and Issues
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within two days by emailing sk@humble-beings.com. Please include photographs and a description of the damage to the product. Damages (such as scratches) caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Postage Delays
We regret to inform that postage delays due to items being held up in customs will not be eligible for refunds.

Where is My Order?
If prints are lost in transit, we will reprint the order and ship it to you at no cost.

Lost in transit is classified as no movement on the tracking link for the number of days stated below.
